Production Report: Day 17

Big party scenes today. The pad is jammed with our Hollywood partygoers, grooving to the beats laid down by Master P, T-Bo and Black. I hope you all have had a chance to look at the pictures in our media gallery – we have a sample of some the partygoers you can expect to see in this Killer Pad Party. Big thanks to Chuck Williams for all of those! Last week we had some big monster-makeup effects by Almost Human’s Robert Hall, and this week he’s even topped himself with insane character transformations. We also had a very special visit from Wayne Newton on Friday, who stopped by to say hello and wish us luck. Thanks, Wayne! Since this is our last week in the house location, we’ve been running multiple sets at once, getting every last bit of coverage for the film. By the time we’re finished, we’ll have filmed ever square-inch of this place at least once! Soon we’ll have some costume sketches and more bits and pieces up on the site for all of you. But in the meantime, even more little known facts:

1. Sound carries so well in the Arctic that on a calm day, a conversation can be heard from 1.8 miles away.
2. The “57” on the Heinz ketchup bottle represents the number of pickle types the company once had.
3. TRISKAIDEKAPHOBIA is the unnatural fear of the number “13.”
